PatientHub is now accessible from the action menu across multiple modules including Schedule and Telehealth. You can now access Patient Hub directly from the patient account, without separate logins.

Patient Information Panel
During Telehealth sessions, you’ll now see a patient information panel below the video. This gives you instant access to key details before and during calls.

Previously, leaving a Telehealth session ended the meeting for everyone. Now, sessions persist; providers can step out without ending the call, keep multiple rooms open, and rejoin anytime.

Enhanced Action Menu for Faster Workflows
The Chart Summary now includes an Action Menu, consolidating over 15 essential functions from documents to payments into one streamlined sidebar.
Benefit: Multi-screen workflows are reduced to single-click actions, helping staff avoid errors, save time, and stay focused on delivering care.
Redesigned Add Task Modal for Smoother Task Management
The Add Task modal now supports both single tasks and task checklists. It’s redesigned to be clearer, faster, and more intuitive so you can create tasks and trigger checklists for a smoother workflow.
Benefit: Teams can create and manage tasks faster, with fewer clicks and smoother workflows.

Managing care plans just became much simpler. This update introduces CPT Grouping, allowing related CPT codes (like different adjustment codes) to be bundled and tracked as one service type instead of separately.
Benefit: Care plans are now more consistent, easier to set up, and faster to manage. Providers get a clear view of patient progress without worrying about coding variations, saving valuable time for both staff and clinicians.
