The Tasks workspace has been completely redesigned. It’s cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to manage across the whole team. Create tasks in seconds and assign them to yourself, a teammate, or a whole role — with priority, due dates, patient context, and checklists built in. Smart filters by date, status, priority, and category keep the list focused, while custom lists and drag-and-drop categories let every role organize the work their way.

Some appointments don’t fit a standard slot, and some cadences don’t fit a simple rule — now coordinators have more control without more manual coordination.
